Dear Ms Bevan,

I request a reduction in charges, in full, on the basis that it is in the public interest that the public is informed about the application of solitary confinement and use of force within an institution funded entirely by the taxpayer. The sheer number of reports written on this incident is testament to the incident's significance and need for oversight.
