Dear Blue Mountains City Council,

I am requesting all documentation relating to the Blue Mountains City Council's current use of the property at 23 Normic Avenue, Blaxland, NSW 2774. This includes any leases, rental and payment information, detailed usage (such as the primary and secondary purposes) and any documents relating to whether this property is being used as a "public reserve, public park or such other public purposes as may be prescribed" under the Dividing Fences Act 1991, No 72.
