Clarification of scope
We note that you have requested “all documents” relating to the film
'Fritz the Cat'. To assist the classification board in processing your
request as quickly as possible, we are seeking your agreement to revise
your scope to the following key documents:
o Classification Board reports
o Classifiers blues papers, and
o Classification Certificate.
We would be grateful if you could respond by COB Monday 24 July 2023
confirming if this is acceptable to you.
Timeframes
The statutory due date for you to receive a decision on your request is 20
August 2023. This date may be extended in certain circumstances, and in
the event that this occurs, the Board will notify you. Where the due date
falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, the timeframe will expire
on the next working day.

Please note that the Board considers the following information outside the
scope of your request unless you specifically request it:
o personal information of third-party individuals; including public
servants below the SES level and all email addresses, signatures and
direct telephone numbers
o any duplicates and drafts of final versions of documents captured by
your request
o any correspondence sent directly to or from you.
The Board may impose a charge for the work involved in providing access to
the documents in accordance with the Freedom of Information (Charges)

The numbers that I asked for were T74/244 and T84/2880, both for the film 'Fritz The Cat' (R18+)

retrieval was conducted, and as such we have placed a request to locate
the relevant paper records.
Further, as the decision for FOI 24-018 has been made on the documents

Unfortunately this was a genuine administrative error when search &
retrieval was conducted, and as such we have placed a request to locate
the relevant paper records.
Further, as the decision for FOI 24-018 has been made on the documents
listed within that decision, we are unable to supply other documents in
lieu of the ones already provided.
Taking this into consideration, we are proposing that your email below be
treated as a new FOI request and be processed accordingly.
Please confirm if you wish to proceed, and we will treat it as a valid
request from Friday 11 August 2023, with the statutory timeframes

held by the Classification Board (the Board) under the Freedom of
Information Act 1982 (FOI Act).

Can you correct the request and send me the documents to T74/244 and
T84/2880 instead?
Your request has been allocated the reference number FOI24-058. Could you
please ensure that you quote this reference number in all future
correspondence.
Timeframes
The statutory due date for you to receive a decision on your request is 10
September 2023. This date may be extended in certain circumstances, and in
the event that this occurs, the Board will notify you. Where the due date
falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, the timeframe will expire
on the next working day.

Please note that the Board considers the following information outside the
scope of your request unless you specifically request it:
o personal information of third-party individuals; including public
