Dear ACT City Services,
My name is Narelle Salton. I live at 6/23 Garrad Court Charnwood. I have a dog named Spud.

In July my neighbour at No. 4 made a complaint about my dog. The Rangers investigated. I need copies of the complaint and the Rangers report and out come.
