Dear Liverpool City Council,

I respectfully request that you provide to me all council meeting minutes, research papers, procedural documents, investigative documents or any other documents that concern the dumping or storage of asbestos or asbestos related materials in the greater Liverpool area (including but not limited to the Kemps Creek facility/ies) and any documents that track the use or movement/location of asbestos or potentially asbestos contaminated soil.

I refer to your Informal Request for Information under the Government
Information (Public Access) Act 2009 received by Liverpool City Council on

sought, in accordance with section 8 (3) of the Government Information (Public
Access) Act 2009, Council
