DVA disclosure log management and s 11C compliance

Dear Department of Veterans' Affairs,

I request access to documents under the Freedom of Information Act 1982 as follows:

For the period 11 March 2025 to the present:
1. The number of FOI requests finalised by the Department where access was granted in full or in part.
2. Of those, the number where the Department determined that publication on the disclosure log under s 11C of the FOI Act was not required. For these, I request the recorded basis for non-publication in aggregated form (for example, by reason category if such categories are recorded), including reliance on s 11C(1)(a) or any other grounds. If no formal categorisation exists, a summary description of the reasons relied upon.
3. The number of documents published to the Department's disclosure log during this period.

Additionally:
4. Any current standard operating procedure, policy document, or internal guidance governing the Department's process for assessing and managing its obligations under s 11C of the FOI Act.
