OFFICIAL

Good afternoon O

Following on from your request, can you please provide any further
information that will assist us in being able to locate what you are
looking for.

“I am seeking a copy of documents that list privatisations undertaken by
the ACT Government, the year it occurred and the amount received for the
sale”

It is unclear at this stage what information you are seeking, and it is
currently very broad. To assist us to understand your request and what
information you are wanting, can you please advise following:

Is there a timeframe? When you say privatisation, do you mean services
that were undertaken by government that are now being outsourced?

Once you can provide us with some more contextual information, we will be
in a better position to locate what you are seeking.

Please note that if you do not get back to us within the next few days, we
may need to suspend your application in line with s34(4) of the Freedom of
Information Act 2016 (ACT).

Kind regards

Dear CMTEDD FOI,

The timeframe is since self-government. By privatisation, I mean ACT Government owned assets that were sold off as part of the budget process eg ACTTAB, public housing, commercial properties.

Yours sincerely
