Sean La Fontaine

Dear Jeff Cartwright,

Thanks Jeff.

If it helps would it be possible to just send through Council's last Food Activity report (which is send to NSW Food authority) instead of sourcing the rest of the information requested?

This has been OK with other Council's.

If I am still required to complete this form please let me know.

Yours sincerely,

Sean La Fontaine
