Please clarify the location of the ‘proposed boardwalk’ which is
referenced in your request to enable Council to respond appropriately.
As you may already be aware, Council considered 4 options for Item SI22/06
of the Council meeting on 22 April 2022 & resolved to adopt Option C.

As you confirmed in a discussion with Council staff on the 14th June 2022,
the reference document for your initial request is a letter from “Train
Reaction Pty Ltd” where ‘Environmental Review and Report’ is stated.
Further to that discussion, a generally agreeable outcome was reached in

Council staff advised on June 14 that staff have been unable to locate the report sought.

We have always referred to it as the Environmental Report and Review (“ERR”).
Please confirm that this Report cannot now be located.
In order to move forward we would like to have any similar reports or draft reports or relevant reports confirming your recent assurances to the NBRA and the Chamber that there are no material environmental issues in the pathways for the Whale Trail currently under discussion.
