Enquiries, High Court of Australia

Dear Mr Morrison-Francis

The High Court of Australia is not a superannuation provider and accordingly, has no documents in its possession that would meet the description in your request made under the Freedom of Information Act.

Yours sincerely

Dear Enquiries,

Am I right the high court has made this determination in accordance with the relevant FOI sections.

I note that the HCA has made several rulings and instructions about the superannuation funds as per our request.

I suggest that the HCA reviewed this decision or issues a “non document exist ” decision under the FOI act.

Helpful guidance on your requirements can be found here - https://www.oaic.gov.au/freedom-of-infor...

Yours sincerely,
