Dear Edward,

I am in receipt of your Freedom of Information request received via email from Right to Know software on 1 September 2016.

Section 17 of the Freedom of Information Act 1882 ("Act") sets out the procedural requirements to be satisfied for a valid request for access to documents to exist.

Section 17(2A) - A request must be accompanied by a fee of 2 fee units"; (ie., $27.90 ) Section 17(2B) - An application fee may be waived or reduced, whether or not the fee has been paid, if the payment of the fee would cause hardship to the applicant.

At this stage your request is not valid as it does not comply with subsection 2.
