Could you please clarify where the error is? E.g. is the reference number incorrect, given it states documents were released on 10/12/2025?
The documents I seek are those described as "Document/s that details the "Agency Plan Continuation Strategy"." in the request details and identified in the release details as: "The following document was released as follows: Plan Continuations Governance Summary Document - Version V1-17/11/2025 – Released in Part – Section 47C and s 47E(d)"
As the document details have nonetheless been published on the disclosure log and requested (regardless of any incorrect reference details), can you please ensure these are provided promptly rather than delayed until the website is updated? I trust they are readily identifiable based on the released document information.
