This is a request for access to documents under the Freedom of Information Act 1982 (Cth).

I request access to all freedom of information decisions made by officials in the Australian Public Service Commission between 1 January 2023 and 30 June 2023, inclusive.
To be clear, I am not asking for documents granted access to pursuant to those decisions. I am merely asking for decision notices, with the reasons for decision, with such decisions being made between 1 January 2023 and 30 June 2023, inclusive.

The Australian Public Service Commission (APSC) is a small organization
without a dedicated Freedom of Information (FOI) team. We are concerned
that, given the broad scope of your request, the volume of documents that
may be covered by the request, the APSC may not have the resources to
satisfy fully, your request within the prescribed period.

decisions made by officials in the Australian Public Service Commission
between 1 January 2023 and 30 June 2023, inclusive”.
On 17 August 2023, you agreed to refine the parameters of your request to
“…decision notices dated 1 April 2023 – 30 June 2023”.

with sections 27 and 27A of the FOI Act, the Commission is required to
consult with relevant third parties about the disclosure of their personal
information.
