On 2 November, the Department received two emails from you, one addressed
to the Department and the other addressed to the Classification Board
seeking access to:

 

"… a copy of the current FOI Delegations, and any related directions
issued in respect of FOI … under the IPS, or under Administrative Access
…"

 

A copy of the Department’s current  FOI Delegations Instrument is
attached.  There are no directions relating to it. 

 

There are no FOI Delegations or related directions for the Classification
Board.
