Hi Paul,
Due to a small error on the Behind The Wire visualisation, the incident number in your request does not correspond with the one you want to make a request for. As you will see, that number is in the subject line of your request.
Kindly update your request by clicking "Send a follow up" to DIAC clarifying that the incident you are interested in is in the subject line. (The bug is now fixed on Behind The Wire.)
