I would like to understand the number of foreign revenue claims being registered by the UK/ HMRC in Australia.
The following is requested:
a) The total number of foreign revenue claims that have been registered by the UK/ HMRC in Australia, broken down by year
b) The total number of foreign revenue claims that have been removed by the ATO from the Register and the reason for their removal, broken down by year

been registered on the Foreign Revenue Claims Register, broken down by
year AND the international agreement by which the claim has been made.
This is as per s.263-25 of Schedule 1 of the TAA 1953
(b) The total number of foreign revenue claims that have been removed by
the Commissioner from the Foreign Revenue Claims Register and the reason
for their removal, broken down by year AND the international agreement by
which the claim has been made. This is as per s.263-35(4) of Schedule 1 of
the TAA 1953
