The Office acknowledges receipt of your request and will respond to you within 30 days in accordance with the Act.
Kind regards,
Freedom of Information Contact Officer

Just a note for anyone following this, you don’t have an automatic right to documents connected to the Governor-General’s official, constitutional or ceremonial duties.
The Office of the Official Secretary is covered under the FOI Act, but only for its administrative and corporate records, such as staffing, finances and office management. It’s unclear if a letter like this would apply.
As a decision must be made, if they decide the document doesn’t fall into the second group (administrative and corporate records) they will generally say the document cannot be located.
I know this sounds complicated, but if you have any questions, feel free to leave an annotation (do not write a reply) and I’ll be happy to try to answer any questions.
