I refer to your request to the National Indigenous Australians Agency (NIAA) on 7 November 2019 under the Freedom of Information Act 1982 (Cth )(FOI Act) for access to the following:

As the subject matter of the documents sought relate more closely to the functions and responsibilities of the Australian Institute of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Studies (AIATSIS), your request has been transferred in full under section 16(1)(b) of the FOI Act.
