You have sought access to:
Any documents requested, [received], drafted or obtained by DFAT on
actions by Israel that directly or indirectly constitutes a genocide, war
crimes, crimes against humanity in Gaza. Documents are limited to all
document from 01 January 2024 onwards.
On 22 January 2024, the department received a very similar request,
LEX9716, for access to:
Any briefings or submissions from DFAT to Ministers since 7 October 2023,
which discuss a potential or confirmed genocide being committed by Israel.
The documents released in response to this request are available on the
