Dear Sunshine Coast Regional Council,

Please provide the Risk Assessments into the use of GLORICIDE.

Please provide any Risk Assessments which involve the manufacture,synthesis or use of 2,4,D Methyl Esters and 2-(2-(2-oxo-3-oxazolidinyl)ethyl)-1,2-benzisothiazolin -3-on which the Queensland Ombudsman claim in 2012 that you nd your contractors were manufacturing/synthesizing by using GLORICIDE.

Please provide documents,correspondence, emails, meeting minutes etc. that inform your contractors and staff that these synthesized chemicals were being produced and the risks to their health, the communities health and the environment.

Dear Internet Mailbox Right to Information,

The documents requested are required under FOI and to determine the Health and Safety of products used in public areas and no fee is required. People have a right to determine the heath and safety of using public areas managed by Council, to do this and to use the products you developed a risk assessment is required to undertake these works safety and determine if these works can be done safety considering the synergistic chemical reaction.

The Council is subject to the state based FOI legislation, and they have asked that you complete the necessary form and pay the application fee. The Right to Know website is not well set up to deal with state FOI legislation, primarily because the state legislation requires the payment of an application fee.

Until you complete the form and pay the fee you have not made a valid request.

Under section 24(2)(a) of the Right to Information Act 2009 an application must be in the approved form and be accompanied by the application fee.
