Has Kepco Mining been granted license to mine Bylong Valley and how many times have they met NSW Ministers
Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, National Carbon Capture and Storage Council should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.
From: Rickie Hardiman
Dear National Carbon Capture and Storage Council,
I would like to know the number of representations the Korean Kepco Mining has made for licenses to mine at Bylong Valley. and has license been approved.

National Carbon Capture and Storage Council
The National Carbon Capture and Storage Council (NCCSC) is no longer in existence.
You should direct your request to the relevant NSW Government agency. As State Governments are responsible for regulating mining activities in their jurisdiction the NSW Government would have the information relating to the interactions about licencing referenced in your FOI request.
The department has considered your FOI request dated 2 April 2019 as an invalid request and we will not take further action regarding this matter.
