Health advice on compulsory masks in places of public worship during COVID-19

Andrew Kyrios made this Government Information (Public Access) request to NSW Ministry of Health

This request has been closed to new correspondence from the public body. Contact us if you think it ought be re-opened.

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, NSW Ministry of Health should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear NSW Ministry of Health,

I seek all documents pertaining to advice given by your department to the NSW Government in relation to the compulsory wearing of masks in places of public worship (as required by various amendments to the NSW Public health orders on movement during COVID-19.)

To help potentially narrow the scope, I am seeking documents in which advice is given specifically for places of public worship as against indoor areas or other businesses more generally.

Yours faithfully,
Rev. Andrew Kyrios

Dear Lisa

I am happy to submit an application form in the method prescribed as well as pay the fee but do you seriously not accept emailed forms?
Also is there no other way to pay apart from money order or cheque?

This seems purposefully belligerent when most other departments accept requests via email.

Yours sincerely,

Andrew Kyrios
