Dear Liverpool City Council,

Can you please provide the historical average time (over the past 12 months) it has taken Liverpool CC to provide DA approval for a double storey single dwelling in Carnes Hill?

The timeframe I am after is from the date the initial application is received by Liverpool CC to the date the DA approval is issued to the builder, regardless of any non-compliance, number of re-submissions for corrections in between. Please exclude any amendments to approved DAs.

The information I am after is a historical average and please understand that I understand this information can't be used as a guide for future applications.

Yours faithfully,
Simon Barkho
