Hobart Airport - ASA Letter delivery

We're waiting for Cathy Minnucci to read a recent response and update the status.

Dear Australian Postal Corporation,

RE: unaddressed mail - letter box flyer advertising.

Airservices Australia organised an unaddressed mail - letterbox flyer between dates 28th Oct - 1 Nov 2024.
They published the following on their website: Airservices Australia Letter drop
30km radius from Carlton River with some exclusions to the west where changes do not apply. Additions were made to the north to ensure areas south of Triabunna and around Buckland received the letter. Some residents from Carlton Bluff Road, Wedgetail, Frogmouth, Midden and Petrel, and Kestrel St Primrose Sands have reported non-delivery of the CE flyer. Australia Post confirmed all flyers delivered by week ending 16 November 2024

Could I please obtain a copy of ALL unaddressed mail orders made by Airservices Australia during this timeframe of Oct 2024 - Nov 2024 for delivery in Southern TAS areas as NO flyers were delivered by Australia Post to Primrose Sands nor areas of Carlton River and only sprinklings across Carlton and Forcett.
ASA advised they did a bulk order and that flyers were sent to these areas.
The mail delivery officer confirmed that NO flyers had been received for letterbox distribution at Primrose Sands. No homes in this area received ASA's flyer.

Document/s should contain order date, expected delivery dates, number of flyers delivered, and the suburbs or areas captured within the unaddressed mail order.

Could I also please obtain the correspondence between Airservices Australia and Australia Post that confirmed all flyers were delivered.

Yours faithfully,

Cathy Minnucci
