Dear Penrith City Council,

I would like to view the following documents: DP: 27203 & DA: 0311502. This is in relation to 13-15 Wilson St St Marys. My partner Michelle Buchanan has unsuccessfully tried to obtain these documents in good faith, however has been advised they do not exist. It is my understanding that no dwelling or development can be approved without a DA that has been signed off by council. I look forward to your response within 7 days before I engage various media outlets.
