Kelly Ann Jones (nee Douven)

Dear Australian Public Service Commission,

My name is Kelly Ann (nee Douven) Jones. My date of birth is 18 March 1964.

I commenced work in the APS with the CSIRO in 1982. Over the next 11 years I also worked in the Parlimentary Library (1982), Department of Defence (1983 - 1987), Department of Employment Education and Training (1987 - 1991), and finaly at Department of Primary Industries and Energy (1991- 1994). I ceased work with the APS in approminately the July or August of 1994, taking a voluntary redundancy.

Since finishing with the APS I have moved house a number of times, from the ACT to various regional centres in NSW. I no longer have any of my payslips or tax returns for those years.

I am nearing 60 years old and am wanting to make some financial plans for my retirement but I have no information about my superannuation contributions or subsequent investments. Com Super were unable to assist without my AGS number.

Can you please provide me with my AGS number so I can investigate my superannuation options. If you need any further information please welcome to contact me on 0409 241 958.

I look forward to your reply in the near furture.

Kind Regards,

Kelly Ann Jones (nee Douven)
