Waiting for an internal review by Northern Midlands Council of their handling of this request.

Dear Northern Midlands Council,

Recently you had an independent engineers report done on a property at 24 Lewis St re excessive water entering onto a property at 23a Bulwer St. Numerous attempts to gain the information from that report have fallen on deaf ears and we, Georgette & Bob Findlay of that property at 23a Bulwer St, Longford, Tasmania are requesting under the "Freedom of Information Act" details of that report as delays of obtaining that information may have further impact on said property.

Yours faithfully,
Bob & Georgette Findlay
23a Bulwer St, Longford

Dear Northern Midlands Council,

There is no way that we are going to pay for a report that the Northern Midlands Council should make readily available to us. This has been going on for over 7 months now and it seem to us that between the developer and Northern Midlands Council there is an issue that they are reluctant to disclose to us. Our question is why the delay??

Yours sincerely,

Bob Findlay
