Information on Last inspection done on the first floor extension of 4, Mesa way , Stanhope gardens
Dear Blacktown City Council,
We are planning to purchase a property in stanhope gardens ( 4, Mesa way, Stanhope Gardens) , We understand that there has been a first floor extension done on the property. Last inspection of the construction happened around october 2007. Could you please let me know what was the outcome of the last inspection ?
The pending items that are needed to be done ?
This would help us in deciding to buy the property or not.
