Dear Wyndham City Council,

I have a citizenship approved letter on May 21, 2025 and waiting for my citizenship ceremony invitation from Wyndham city council.
Can I please ask if when will be the ceremony for people with approved letter up until May 30th? The reason for asking is I need to apply paid parental leave and I am due to give birth soon and this changes my eligibility. if you could advise if the invitations for upcoming ceremonies on 21 June have been sent out already?

Wyndham City Council does not manage the invitations. These are managed by the Department of Home Affairs and they can be contacted on [email address]

The Department is best placed to assist you at this stage and Wyndham City looks forward to seeing you at a future ceremony.
