Dear Fair Work Ombudsman,
I would like information on Grill'd and the legality regarding their pay for young trainees. I have been working there a year as an 18 year old and am earning $14.50 an hour.

Hi Tim,
I'm just a user of this site, but you can find information about what you should be paid using the Fair Work Commission Pay Calculator that can be found at https://calculate.fairwork.gov.au/FindYo...
You should be able to answer some questions about your job and it will work out what your award is and what the pay rate is for your age and your work type.
