Dear Housing SA,
I, am requesting a copy of my file including all leases, communications, electronically including email's SMS messages records of phone calls, and paper communications including all letters, forms, sent and lodged in regard to my lease from 02/02/2024 to 02/12/25. I wish to review and see that they are up to date with my records and diary

Thank you for your email. Freedom of Information (FOI) is a process to request documents and information from government agencies. Under the FOI Act 1991 Section 13, there are requirements to meet before a request is considered valid (see below).

13-Applications for access to agencies' documents
An application for access to an agency's document-
(a) must be in writing; and
(b) must specify that it is made under this Act; and
(c) must be accompanied by such application fee as may be prescribed; and
(d) must contain such information as is reasonably necessary to enable the document to be identified; and
(e) must specify an address in Australia to which notices under this Act should be sent; and
(f) must be lodged at an office of the agency, and may request that access to the document be given in a particular way.
