Legal Costs in the matter of Housing v Quinn

George HA made this Government Information (Public Access) request to NSW Department of Family and Community Services

This request has been closed to new correspondence from the public body. Contact us if you think it ought be re-opened.

Dear NSW Department of Family and Community Services,
How much did the department spend on legal fees pursuing the tenant involved in NSW Land and Housing Corporation v Quinn (No 2) [2018] NSWDC 161?

What were the costs the department had to pay for the tenant's legal costs?

I do not wish to make a formal application as this is information which should be able to be provided under an informal request as it relates to public finance.
Yours faithfully,

George HA

Peter Bazzo, NSW Department of Family and Community Services
