The request was partially successful.

Dear Australian Human Rights Commission,

I am writing to you today to make a request Freedom of Information Act 1982.

I wish to request a list of policy documents, procedures and guidelines used by the Commission's staff in executing there functions in respect of complaints made to the Commission under Anti Discrimination Legislation.

I look forward to hearing your decision in due course to this application.

Yours faithfully,

Daniel Hinds

Australian Human Rights Commission said they would publish "rules, guidelines, practices and precedents" under the Information Publication Scheme by "29 July 2012" https://www.humanrights.gov.au/informati...

They have not done this (at least in any way I can easily find by searching their website) and now a FOI process is required. What a shame.

Dear Anastacia Totoeva,

I refer to your previous email. I can advise that I am only seeking
"a list of policy documents, procedures and guidelines used by the Commission's staff in executing there functions inrespect of complaints made to the Commission under Anti-Discrimination Legislation."

I am not seeking the actual policy documents just a list of the documents held.

I hope this assists you in processing my request.

Yours sincerely,

Daniel Hinds
