Thank you for your email. You have requested information about Council’s
budgeted maintenance and actual expenditure on maintenance for Suttons
Beach Pavilion for period 2017 to 2022.

As a result of a Right to Information application, Council is already in
the process of sourcing all documents relating to the Sutton’s Beach
Pavilion from July 2016 to February 2022.

Once these documents are sourced, Council intends to make all of the
documentation available on its website via a disclosure log. While it is
difficult to confirm the exact date on which this information will be made
available, I currently expect this to occur within the next 3-4 weeks.

The information that you are seeking will likely be made available as part
of this process. On that basis, are you comfortable awaiting the outcome
of that process?

I anticipate that this will be more time and cost efficient than lodging
your own Right to Information application. I also anticipate that given
Council’s proposed strategy to release this documentation via a disclosure
log, an administrative release beforehand is unlikely (given that
Council’s information release resources are already being used to carry
out Council’s broader release of information regarding Sutton’s Beach
Pavilion).
