Dear NBN Co Limited,

I wish to obtain a copy of the document that NBN Co tabled at the Senate Estimates Hearing on the 20th Nov 2014 pertaining to the "post implementation review" of the Melton trial.

The following is the excerpt of the Hansard transcript where Mr Greg Adcock had indicated he would table to the document:

> Mr Adcock: I was just going to try and close out an earlier matter. First of all, I have had an email through. The number of FSAMs that have had a contract instruction issued since May is seven, covering 17,800 premises—there or thereabouts. Also, we had given an undertaking to the committee to provide the postimplementation review trials in Melton, so I am happy to table that.

Yours faithfully,
jxeeno
