Dear Colleagues,
I refer to your email below requesting names of people on a selection
panel.
Under the RTI Act, information should be released administratively unless
there is good reason not to, with applications under the RTI Act as last
resort.
In the first instance you should request the information directly from the
Queensland Academy for Creative Industries under the Department's
procedure' Administration access to information'.
If the information cannot be released under this procedure then you can
lodge an RTI application for department documents.
