The Department of Industry, Science and Resources (the department) has
received your Freedom of Information request of 23 September 2025 below
for access to:

 

             A copy of ministerial submission MS25-000542 and everything
that was returned from the relevant minister in response to MS25-000542.

 

Currently the due date for a decision is 23 October 2025, however due to
the work still required to process your request we will not be able to
meet this deadline. Therefore, I am writing to request a 30 day extension
of time to process your request so you will retain your full review rights
of any decision made. This will mean the new due date for a decision will
be Monday 24 November 2025.

 

Can you please respond by return email by 20 October 2025 to confirm if
you agree to the extension of time.
