Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Schools Registration Board of Tasmania should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear Schools Registration Board of Tasmania,

Please consider this a formal request for information to be provided under the Right to Information Act, 2009 to provide the following documents:

- Annual Reports 2019/2020, 2020/2021

- Minutes including any associated reports findings, recommendations and records of intra/inter departmental communications arising from motions and/or resolutions from any meetings held by the Board between March 2020 and March 2022.

- Number and nature of any complaints made under the provisions of the 22nd July 2021 amendments ”Complaints concerning Non-Government Schools” and description of action taken by the Board in response.

- Release of any inspection/compliance reports concerning Non-Government Schools carried out and/or produced between March 2020 and March 2022.

- An explanation of policy, procedures and/or requirement for the submission of information by NGSRB to third party regulators, in the event that investigation by NGSRB produces evidence to the effect the matter should be dealt with in consultation with, or transferred to, another body for assessment (for example, State or Federal Police, eSafety Commissioner, Teachers Registration Board, Child Safety, Equal Opportunity Tasmania etc)

Appropriately redacted documents are certainly acceptable for my purposes.
