Missed Delivery Complaints
Dear Australian Postal Corporation,
I request a document that provides the number of complaints in the previous 12 months about missed deliveries. I would like the number broken down as follows
- complaints per state
- complaints per month
- complaints based on if the delivery person was an employee or contractor.
I specifically exclude as irrelevant any personal information of members of the public and employees and contractors of Australia Post.
If such a document does not exist, I request a document be created that contains the above information under s17 of the Freedom of Information Act 1982.
I am happy to refine my request if parts of the request may be difficult to fulfil. I am also open to having my request processed administratively. Please reply to this email if this is possible, otherwise consider this a formal FOI request.
Yours faithfully,
Ben Fairless
