This request has been closed to new correspondence from the public body. Contact us if you think it ought be re-opened.

Australian Radiation Protection and Nuclear Safety Agency did not have the information requested.

Dear Australian Radiation Protection and Nuclear Safety Agency,

This request is an application for the purpose of the Freedom of Information Act 1982.

I would like to request documents that contain evidence that suggest that there are no established health effects from the low level exposure to the RF EME from NBN base station antennas.

Yours faithfully,

Chris H

$ARPANSA FOI, Australian Radiation Protection and Nuclear Safety Agency

Dear Chris

ARPANSA website information includes the following three documents (relating to NBN, health effects, RF EME), readily accessible to the public:

1. The ARPANSA factsheet on NBN and health https://www.arpansa.gov.au/understanding...

2. The ARPANSA Radiofrequency Standard https://www.arpansa.gov.au/sites/default...

3. The ARPANSA 2014 review on radiofrequency research https://www.arpansa.gov.au/sites/default...

For the sake of efficiency, I note that these three documents may be outside the scope of any request under FOI, as they are already available (released) for the benefit of the wider public.

To acknowledge your FOI request, I will need you to be more specific or exact in the documentation you seek.
There are rules on how and the kinds of documents that can be released under the FOI legislation.

If you wish to withdraw your FOI request, then please let me know.
