Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Maribyrnong City Council should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear Maribyrnong City Council,

I wish to request access to the register of ‘Naturestrip Landscape Permits’.

In particular, I am interested in the information submitted via the two-page form at the end of the policy guidelines document, found at the link below.

https://www.maribyrnong.vic.gov.au/files...

In particular, information that is of interest to me is:
The site address
The plants to be used
The sketch/diagram of proposed landscape
The date of the submission
The date the submission was approved
The council officer who approved the application

I would appreciate being able to receive the data in one, or all of the following formats:
.pdf scans of the two page forms.
.csv file with data in tabular form.
.doc file with data in typed form.
A combination of the above.

I also wish to put it to the council that they start publishing datasets like this under open data licences on websites such as data.gov.au or data.vic.gov.au.

I look forward to receiving future correspondence in the matter.

Yours faithfully,
Amy Soyka
