NDIA’s Risk Committee’s Minutes of Meeting for the financial year 2018-19

The request was refused by National Disability Insurance Agency.

Dear National Disability Insurance Agency,

Please provide copies of the NDIA’s Risk Committee’s Minutes of Meeting for the financial year 2018-19, cited in the NDIA 2018-19 Annual Report [1]. This includes all attendees, agenda, topics and resolutions/outcomes.

Context:

“ The Risk Committee assists the Board in the management and oversight of the NDIA’s approach to risk management. The role of the Risk Committee is to advise the Board in relation to the development and implementation of the NDIA’s overall risk management approach. Members: Mr James Minto (Chair) Mr John Langoulant, Dr Martin Laverty, Dr Helen Nugent Mr Paul O’Sullivan” [2]. Moreover, the Agency stated that the “ELT Risk Committee: The ELT has established a Risk Committee to help it in fulfilling its risk-related responsibilities and obligations and reporting to the Board’s Risk Committee. The ELT Risk Committee’s purpose is to assist the ELT in ensuring the NDIA has in place robust risk management systems, policies and procedures to promote compliance with the Risk Management Rules and to provide advice to the ELT in relation to risk across the NDIA” [3].

Thank you for your help with this request.

Yours faithfully,

Shirley
