Number of taxpayers issued Division 293 tax notice of assessment
Dear Australian Taxation Office,
I request the following information under the Freedom of Information Act 1982:
(1). Documents showing the number of taxpayers (as an absolute number or as a percent of all taxpayers) who were issued a Division 293 tax notice of assessment, for each income year up to the 2021-22 financial year (inclusive).
(2). Documents showing the number of taxpayers who have "so far" (up to any particular date) been issued a Division 293 tax notice of assessment for the 2022-23 financial year.
(3). Documents showing estimates of the number or percentage of taxpayers who will be issued a Division 293 tax notice of assessment in the 2022-23 financial year or later income years.
