This is an application to access documents held by the Australian
Border Force (“ABF”) pursuant to s15 of the Freedom of
Information Act 1982 (Cth).

Please provide all documents referring to the ABFs participation in Operation Fortitude, conducted in Melbourne on August 28 and 29 2015.

This email refers to an access request received under the Freedom of Information Act 1982 (the FOI Act) on 28 August 2015 seeking access to:
'all documents referring to the ABFs participation in Operation Fortitude, conducted in Melbourne on August 28 and 29 2015.'

If you require names and contact details of non-SES officers, or direct telephone numbers of SES staff, please inform us so the decision maker may consider your request. Otherwise we will take it that you agree to that information being excluded from the scope of your request.

Publication of document
Where documents are released to you in response to your request, the Department may be required to publish these documents on its website within 10 working days in accordance with section 11C of the FOI Act. Publication will not be required where the documents contain personal or business affairs information.
