FOI ABC, Australian Broadcasting Corporation

Ms Teague

I refer to our telephone conversation on 25 August, and note you hoped to
phone back on 26 August 2021 to clarify the scope of your request. As we
have not heard from you, would you confirm whether this request is now
withdrawn?

As discussed, the wording of your request is invalid under s 15(2)(b) of
the Freedom of Information Act 1982 as it is not clear what document you
are seeking. During our phone call you were not able to identify which
document/s you are seeking.

If we do not hear from you by Monday 6 September 2021, we will close our
file as an invalid request.

Many thanks

FOI ADVISOR, ABC Legal

Dear FOI ABC,

OK, I'm sorry for the confusion. I thought it was a specific document, but apparently I was mistaken. I apologise.

Yours sincerely,

Vanessa Teague
