'all photographs, email correspondence, written documentation and reports pertaining to the radiation source that was lost between Newman and Perth, Western Australia, as reported via various news media in January 2023'

The subject matter of your request closely relates to the functions of Australian Radiation Protection and Nuclear Safety Agency (ARPANSA) who were the lead Commonwealth agency responding the matter.

I am writing to inform you that your request has been transferred to ARPANSA under the provisions of section 16 of the FOI Act on the basis that your request more closely relates to the responsibilities and functions of that agency.
