Dear NSW Police Force,

Police Procedure - Reporting a “Threat to Kill” with clear video evidence.

It is my understanding that this is an “indictable offence” which is quite serious and clearly proven with video evidence.

I was alarmed to learn that Queanbeyan police ask for the evidence to be airdropped to personal phones, no statements taken and then not followed up with neither the offender or the victim.

What is the official NSW Police procedure in dealing with “threats to kill” that are corroborated with video evidence?
