Dear Queensland Department of Housing and Public Works,

This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act.

I request documents related to the ten most recent instances where an employee has sought information, advice, guidance, or opinion on their social media use in a private capacity.

I limit the scope of documents to:
- the original request from the employee
- the agency/department's response
- any follow-up questions and response
- only those sent to a relevant HR / conduct / social media (or similar) team (rather than managers across all areas of the organisation)
- where the original request was created in the last 2 years

Thank you for your enquiry regarding access to documents that are held by this Agency. You can apply for access to the documents under the Right to Information Act 2009 (RTI Act) in one of the following two ways.

Attached is a Right to Information and Information Privacy Access Application form. Please return the completed form along with a cheque or money order made out to Department of Housing and Public Works for payment of the $48.00 application fee to:

On completion of the online form your application will automatically be directed to the department’s RTI Unit where a delegated officer will make a decision about the release of information under the provisions of the Right to Information Act 2009.
