- an email message originator field constitutes a document (for the purposes of s 4(1)("document")(a)(v) of the FOI Act),
- a document may be furnished in this instance by enumerating the originator fields of a finite number of received email messages as contained in the email dataset (for the purposes of s 17(2) of the FOI Act) by use of ordinarily available spreadsheet processing software (for the purposes of s 17(1)(c)(i) of the FOI Act), and
- full names of public officers will be provided upon department request if necessary for the successful completion of this FOI application (for the purposes of s 15(3) of the FOI Act).
