Dear Queensland Solicitor-General,

Recently, my family and I have been going through the motions of an inquest in the Coroners Court. This inquest also involves criminal charges. Being that the Coroner is also a Magistrate, Is it possible for the Coroner to be the Magistrate for the Criminal proceedings as well as the inquest?.
